I just got back from Zumba and man did I feel like I was Selena's haha... I was shaking all parts of my body it was ridiculously ridiculous lol. Anyways I took mom to show her it wasn't just some workout, it was a booty shaking workout. You sweat and can't breath after each song. Oh and I told her make sure to take a shower before coming and to make sure to take a shower after the class ha. Just because you know what I mean! After the class mom about died and said she didn't want to eat anymore. I wish I had a camera to film her and show her when she starts eating. It ended up being really fun. Going with my mom made it even more fun.
My diet is coming along. Last week I worked out everyday for more then 2 hours. Then this week I have been working out and taking the Zumba classes. My eating is a little better. I stopped drinking soda and I am cutting down on the candy. Oh and I stopped eating after 7p.m. it really helps! I'll keep you posted on the weight though. About the lemon diet I am starting tomorrow because on Monday I just ate vegetables and tons of water then on Tuesday I ate 3 healthy meals. Today I just ate, but tomorrow I am doing the lemon cleanser. Wish me luck!! haha It isn't that bad.
Oh my gosh, so proud of you. I've never gone to a zumba class but I heard it kills you! (in the best way you can be killed) Anyways, I'm going to need all your advice in a few months so figure it all out for me will you? Thanks :]
