Leadership Training

Over the weekend my team went to Las Vegas for a huge Leadership training on how to better ourselves and how to be accountable for how far we take our business to the next level. We really can't blame anyone but ourselves with where we stand in life. I learned so much its crazy! I'm so excited!!!!!!

January 10, 2014

Friday Morning we left at 5am and stopped in St. George. We arrived to Vegas at about Noon. 

 We made it safe to Vegas. Checked into our rooms and headed out for the day....

 On the strip before our training started..... 

 Training started at 3pm and ended at Midnight. Its crazy how much info we learned and how excited everyone was. The crowd was pumped it didn't even seem like Midnight. They talked a lot about goal setting and putting it to action. They talked about how to take your business to the next level and how to use your time wisely. Your business is your business. If you treat it like a hobby, you'll waste money. If you treat it like a business you'll get paid for it.

We woke up at 7am. Ate breakfast then went to reserve our seats because people go crazy getting there early to get good seats. We got lucky by getting V.I.P tickets from a really good friend who helps us get our business to the next level. She rocks!!!! Front row baby!!!! 

Our team grew so fast! We cant wait to see what 2014 has in store for us.

Sunday January 12, 2014 

We were so tired from the long hours of training and the long walks on the strip to find good food. Our brains were toasted from all the wonderful information that was provided to us. Man I can't believe how much we learned. We were going to stay cuz funds were a little short but we made it work. Thanks to the people who made this trip possible. Thanks to our leaders for the wonderful training. Thanks to Max for getting us started in something that we can take to the next level. Thanks to my mom for helping me build my self esteem and for being a strong women who doesn't give up no matter the situation. She makes it work!!!!! Thanks to my team for trusting me to work with them. I truly believe in what I'm doing will go well for us. I really want to move to Mexico or Arizona. I really need to learn how to speak spanish and wished I took my spanish class more serious back in highschool. Oh man I can go on, but I wont bore you. 

What ever you decide to do this year make it happen and never give up!!!! 

We made it home safe after the training and haven't been able to sleep. I decided to get everything organized and run with what I learned over the weekend. Life is good.
